Terms of Service

This is a plain-language summary of the terms governing use of Menufiver. It is not a final lawyer-reviewed legal document and will be updated as the product develops.

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to any person or business that creates a Menufiver account and uses the Menufiver platform to operate digital menus, QR ordering, kitchen management, stock control, or analytics for a restaurant or food-service venue.

2. The service

Menufiver provides a browser-based restaurant operations platform accessed via menufiver.com. The platform includes digital menu management, QR ordering, a staff order dashboard, kitchen display functionality, stock and waste tracking, and operational analytics, depending on the plan you subscribe to.

Menufiver does not process guest payments. All guest payments are handled separately by the restaurant using their existing payment methods.

3. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share account access with people outside your organisation. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@menufiver.com.

4. Billing and cancellation

Menufiver subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. No setup fee applies. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All prices are per restaurant per month, excluding VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice communicated via email.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Menufiver to:

  • Publish false, misleading, or illegal menu content.
  • Attempt to access other restaurants' data or systems.
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the platform software.
  • Use the service in a way that disrupts or degrades the platform for others.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep Menufiver available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will communicate planned maintenance and significant outages by email where practical. Support is provided via email at hello@menufiver.com.

7. Limitation of liability

Menufiver is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or operational disruption resulting from use of or inability to use the platform. Our liability in any given month is limited to the amount you paid in that billing period.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
